Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Sanitize 4 Serenity (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, booking, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Sanitize 4 Serenity provides professional cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting services for residential and commercial properties in the Baltimore metropolitan area, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel, Howard, Carroll, and Harford counties. Services include, but are not limited to:
All jobs begin with an on-site assessment. Final service scope and pricing are confirmed after assessment and before work begins.
Appointments may be booked online at cal.com/team/sanitize4serenity, by phone at 443-552-5686, or by email at custsvce@sanitize4serenity.com. All bookings require confirmation from Sanitize 4 Serenity before they are considered finalized.
We operate on a 2 to 4 hour arrival window. Your appointment time reflects when our technician will arrive, not the duration of the service. Actual job duration varies by service type, property size, and on-site conditions.
Sanitize 4 Serenity reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if conditions are found to be unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of what was agreed upon at booking.

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The standard deposit is $50.00. For jobs estimated at over $300, a 25% deposit of the estimated total is required. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards processed through Square. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance in writing.
A $35 service charge will be applied to all returned checks, in addition to the original amount owed.
Promotional deals and redemption codes have a 90-day expiration on deal value. The dollar amount paid is protected for 4 years under Maryland gift certificate law. Redemption codes are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
Sanitize 4 Serenity stands behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
Our guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship. It does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused by factors beyond our control, or results that are limited by the nature of the material being cleaned.
We use the term “spot removal” rather than “stain removal.” Most stains that have been set cannot be fully removed. We will make every effort to improve the appearance of affected areas, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all spots. Results depend on fiber type, age of the spot, previous treatments, and other factors.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for pet odor treatments. We cannot guarantee outcomes, as animals may return to treated areas. Treatment results depend on the severity of contamination, fiber type, and subfloor conditions.
Sanitize 4 Serenity is not liable for damage to items or surfaces that were damaged, worn, or structurally compromised prior to our arrival. Any pre-existing conditions will be documented and communicated to the customer before work begins.
Our technicians will move light furniture as part of the service. We do not move heavy, breakable, or electronic items, including but not limited to China cabinets, grand pianos, filled bookcases, beds, dressers, televisions, or computers. Sanitize 4 Serenity is not liable for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or at-risk prior to service.
In no event shall Sanitize 4 Serenity’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Our services are designed to improve cleanliness, reduce contaminants, and improve indoor conditions. We do not make medical claims. We do not guarantee that our services will cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition, allergy, or respiratory issue. Customers with specific health concerns should consult a licensed medical professional.
By providing your phone number at booking, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sanitize 4 Serenity, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Your phone number will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
All content on sanitize4serenity.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Sanitize 4 Serenity and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore City or Baltimore County, Maryland.
Sanitize 4 Serenity reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
